The property was misrepresented in the photos and vey disappointing. It was dirty, musty smelling, bugs on window sills, dirty sheets, dirty cushions, couch on the floor with missing legs, many of the TV's didn't work and outdoor patio loading with cob web, bees and bugs. The paint on the walls were patched up and not repainted going up the stairs.Upon arriving home and unpacking we had to wash all our clothes because of the residual smell left from the property.The management company was informed and offered the refund the cleaning fee but after reflection, we should be refunded our entire charge for this terrible property. We were very disappointed.

We had an amazing stay!!! There were 11 women gathered for our 20-year graduate school reunion. The house had everything we needed. Everyone had a comfortable bed and there were many bathrooms to share (and multiple hair dryers). The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed. We were close enough for quick Lyft trips anywhere we wanted to go! All communication was quick and clear. Thank you!

Lots of restaurants and bara in walking distance. No issues getting ubers in the neighborhoodThe property was amazing with plenty of rooms, beds and bathrooms for our group.

Amazing property and nicely decorated! Loved how each room had a theme country artist decoration. Beds were comfy. Very clean! The property manager was very accommodating and always quickly responded when I had any questions. Definitely recommend this property for a big group!

An incredible property that I couldn’t recommend enough for a large group. Comfortable housing, great kitchen, plenty of bathrooms. Close uber to broadway. Great house.
